This website (meowfia.shop) is operated by Meowfia, based in Karachi, Pakistan.

We operate an online print-on-demand ecommerce store. All products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Shipping

All products are made to order. Processing time is typically 2–7 business days before shipment.

Delivery times vary by location and are estimated as follows:

  • United States: 2–5 business days after shipment

  • International: 10–30 business days after shipment

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or external factors.

5. Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

Refunds or replacements are only provided for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

All issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Meowfia unless otherwise stated. Third-party fulfillment partners may be used for production of items.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, delays, or losses arising from the use of our services or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled under Pakistani jurisdiction.
